Submit an infringement notice
Send a notice to support@musicube.ir with the subject “Copyright notice.” Include:
- the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works;
- the exact Musicube URL or enough detail to locate each item;
- your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may remove or restrict access while reviewing a complete notice, contact the person who supplied the material, and take appropriate action against repeat infringers. We may ask for missing details before acting.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, and providing your contact details and signature. Include any consent to jurisdiction required by applicable law.
We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Restoration may occur where legally appropriate if the claimant does not begin a qualifying court action within the applicable period.
Other rights questions
For catalog corrections, licensing, artist access, trademark issues, or non-DMCA concerns, describe the request and supporting evidence in an email to support@musicube.ir.
