Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to Musicube’s website and its web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

By using Musicube, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Musicube

Musicube gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful, non-commercial listening. Features, catalog availability, audio quality, and supported platforms may change or vary by plan, location, device, or rights restrictions.

You must follow applicable law and be old enough to enter this agreement in your location.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and devices, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may restrict or close an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, repeated infringement, unlawful conduct, or a material breach. You may stop using Musicube at any time and request account deletion through support.

Subscriptions and paid access

Any price, duration, included benefit, and renewal behavior is shown before purchase. Musicube subscriptions do not renew automatically unless a checkout screen expressly says otherwise. Refunds and payment corrections are handled under applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

Your content and playlists

You retain rights in names, descriptions, images, playlist data, prompts, or other material you submit. You give Musicube permission to host, process, display, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you request.

Do not submit material you lack permission to use. We may remove content that violates rights, law, these terms, or service safety.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or make unauthorized recordings of catalog content;
  • circumvent access controls, subscription limits, geographic restrictions, or security measures;
  • scrape the service, automate harmful requests, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with infrastructure;
  • upload malware, impersonate others, mislead or harass people, or collect their information without permission;
  • use Musicube for an unlawful purpose or to infringe intellectual property rights.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Maintenance, internet conditions, rights changes, or events beyond our control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, Musicube is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Musicube during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for product, legal, or security changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
