Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Musicube handles information when you browse, stream, install, or use an account across our web, mobile, and desktop experiences.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

We use account and listening data to operate Musicube, keep your library in sync, personalize discovery, and protect the service. We do not publish your email address.

Information we receive

Depending on how you use Musicube, we may process:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, encrypted password, profile image, and verification status.
  • Your library activity, including likes, follows, saved albums, playlists, listening history, queue context, and preferences.
  • Subscription and entitlement records. Payment providers may process billing details under their own privacy terms; Musicube does not need to store complete card information.
  • Technical data such as device and browser type, IP address, app version, diagnostic events, and security logs.
  • Messages and files you choose to send to support, with an artist request, or in a copyright report.

You can listen to public catalog content without an account, although account-only features will not sync for guests.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, deliver streams, synchronize your library, remember playback settings, generate recommendations and personalized mixes, provide listening insights, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, detect misuse, and improve reliability.

Musicube may use aggregated or de-identified trends to understand service performance. These summaries are not intended to identify individual listeners.

Cookies and local storage

The web app uses browser storage and cookies where needed to maintain sign-in, remember preferences, support installation, retain limited guest listening history, and keep the player working. Blocking required storage may prevent authentication or other features from operating correctly.

When information is shared

We may share only the information necessary with infrastructure, analytics, communications, payment, and security providers that help operate Musicube. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third-party destinations linked from Musicube follow their own policies. We are not responsible for how those independent services handle information.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention periods vary by data type. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

You can update account details and privacy preferences from your profile. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention.

Children

Musicube is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Policy updates and contact

We may revise this policy as Musicube changes. The date above shows the latest version, and material changes may also be communicated in the service.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@musicube.ir. You can also review our Terms of Use.
